No! Judge and student/candidate access is completely included with your CoachMode subscription. As long as their profiles are created by and linked to an active Coach’s Account, they can log in, view their dashboard, or input scores at no extra cost. If the coach’s account expires or is deactivated, linked judge and student access will be paused.
You can create secure, individual profiles for up to 10 judges per audition panel. Each judge gets their own secure login credentials so they can score candidates simultaneously and remotely from their own devices.
You can do both! If you have a large list of candidates, you can use our Bulk CSV Import Helper to download our template, drop in your dancer or cheerleader roster, and upload it to populate your audition board instantly. For last-minute tryouts, you can easily add a candidate manually with their headshot and audition number.
Inside the Audition Videos tab, you can select any candidate from your roster and upload an MP4 or MOV video file of their routine. The tape is mapped directly to their profile, allowing you and your judging panel to review, play back, and score their virtual submission right inside the app.
Once your live Master Scoreboard ranks your candidates and you’ve made your final selections, you can transition athletes directly to your active team roster with a single click (“Move to Roster”). Their scoring history and profile details will remain securely archived for your reference.
